Moodle is an Open Source Course Management System (CMS), also known as a Learning Management System (LMS) or a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). It has become very popular among educators around the world as a tool for creating online dynamic web sites for their students. You can find out  more about Moodle, how to get it and use it, on our Moodle community site moodle.org.

Mt Orange is a Moodle site which has been set up to replicate a real school with students and teachers engaging in learning activities. All the courses are open to guests to view (which would NOT happen in a real school!), but  by logging in as one of the staff, students or parents you can  join in the activities and get a better feel of how a  working Moodle site operates.
