by Anna Alexander -

We're delighted to announce that Mount Orange School is running on Moodle LMS 4.3! You're welcome to try out the new features and improvements highlighted in the 4.3 documentation and the 4.3 release videos:

Access our new course, Effective Memory Techniques as a teacher Jeffrey Sanders and explore for example:

  • editing completion conditions and access restrictions directly from the course page;
  • adding and managing LTI External tools (from More > LTI Ex ternal tools);
  • searching and filtering the question bank and customising your own view of the question bank;
  • providing a custom link to a messaging room for your learners (from More > Communication);
  • hovering over an activity supporting groups to access the group icon and manage groups;
  • giving a name (title in the course index) to a Text and Media area;
  • and more!

Log in as student Barbara to view the improvements such as:

  • neater, more compact items on the course page;
  • clearer completion and restrict access conditions;
  • better navigation of Books;
  • and more!

And why not explore a few site admin improvements as manager Anna Alexander, including:

  • the new custom report sources and filters (with two example reports);
  • site-level default activity completion
  • and more!
